CNN Notices Yarnbombing

I guess it’s only a matter of time before yarnbombing really gets mainstream media traction as the “girl graffiti.” This weekend, writer Nicole Saidi did a story for CNN about Denise Litchfield and her gang of yarnbombing urban artists in Sydney, Australia. The article focuses on a project called “The Knitted Convenience” in which an historic toilet facility got yarnbombed.
